Stiuca este la capatul lantului trofic in multe ape de la noi, si cunoscand susceptibilitatea la canibalism, deoarece exemplare mai mari consuma cu placere exemplare mai mici de stiuca, multe momeli artificiale, in special woblere au fost concepute pe acest model. Naluca are jig-ul incorporat in corpul de guma, astfel se misca deodata, alcatuind un intreg. Acest lucru poate fi adesea in ajutorul nostru, deoarece stiuca se bazeaza, in majoritatea cazurilor, pe vederea sa cand vine vorba de hranire. Agrafa o agatam in inelul aflat deasupra capului, si acest lucru asigurand o miscare unica nalucii. Partea din guma este destul de moale si batator la ochi, culoarea rosie iritand si provocand atacul rapitorilor. Exista, de asemenea, un inel in zona abdominala a momelii in care se poate agata un carlig.
